With more than 20 years of experience spanning industrial manufacturing, engineering, operations, product development, automation, quality, and project leadership, Brian founded 7P Consulting to help manufacturers and industrial clients successfully execute complex projects through practical engineering and technical leadership.
Throughout his career, Brian has worked in environments where reliability, safety, quality, and execution are critical to success. His experience includes product development, rotating equipment, pump and piping systems, manufacturing processes, automation, facility improvements, commissioning, and customer-facing project execution. This broad technical background allows him to quickly understand complex challenges, identify practical solutions, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams toward successful outcomes.
What sets Brian apart is his ability to bridge the gap between engineering and execution. Rather than focusing solely on design, he works alongside clients to develop solutions that can be manufactured, installed, commissioned, and maintained in real-world industrial environments. His practical approach combines technical problem solving with project management, vendor coordination, and operational awareness to help move projects from concept through commissioning.
